      Both the Garlic Cloves and Artichoke Hearts are grown on a third-generation family farm in Puglia, Italy. This farm has maintained its exclusive Demeter Biodynamic® certification for a quarter of a century. In addition to Demeter certification, it is certified USDA Organic and boasts quality certifications from IFS Food and the British Retail Consortium (BRC).

      After harvesting, everything is processed and packaged next to the fields within eight hours of harvesting.
